Her Eyes Poem by Lento Maez

Her Eyes

Mystical madness in her eyes
One sly little wink from her

Unexpectedly held you like a vise
Hid her charm was not a guise

Flowing ringlets of brown hair
Made her seem without despair

Pouting lips of crimson red
Made all men lose their head

Her love was meant for only me
All the rest hung from a tree

She made me feel full of pride
I'm glad her eyes weren't open wide
