Heroes and Heroines are role models,
Not superheroes but someone like you.
They are not the heroes from the Marvels,
And they do not have to fly to rescue.
They are selfless and will die to protect,
Heroes and Heroines helps’, up the weak.
They help others first which gains them respect,
With their loyalty and looks which we seek.
Can be any age, colour; child, woman, man,
Some are remembered and some forgotten.
They are courageous and brave with a plan,
Their mental powers cannot be abandoned.
Saving innocent lives: Angel in disguise,
One act of compassion is a surprise.
