The Immortal Resilience (12-19 / ME MOMMA'S BELLY)
Hold Back
chains, cars, fences,
cages, whips, guns,
all holding me back.
'She's too dangerous' they say.
I'm just a child.
restrictions.
restrictions hold me back,
against me, there is no chance.
no chance of regaining hope.
hope is what keeps them going.
they keep no faith in store.
in store for me.
for me when i change.
change...change is what i have already done!
i have already done what i need to do.
Now they need to realize.
Realize what sacrifice i made.
I made it for their sake.
For their sake no more.
chains, bars, fences,
cages, whips, guns,
all holding me back.
restrictions.
No more holding ME back....
