Is it so hard to shed a tear
Hush my friend no need to fear
Your coat of armour heavy to bear
Disintegrates when you show you care

To hold within and not release
Does keep you from your inner peace
Beneath the pain, sadness and despair
A wonder of emotions for you so rare

Be brave dig deep get rid of the bad
Releasing your chains won't make you mad
But free you from the dark and pain
To start your journey home again.
