Holding On Poem by Boonk Jackson

Holding On

Doing all the something’s on the same planet
But yet, still we both are on two different stars
Where you are in your life and me and mine is yet so far
All that should be easy is so hard
We force our time and energy
So tiring and seems so wastefully
To give up would cause our worlds to end
Well I don’t know about yours but mine will, I can’t be friends
That will be like waving a piece of meat in an animals face
Not to be calling u a piece of meat but you turn me into a savage when in your space
To go back to being without your love
I wish that ton of bricks would fall on me from above
The way I feel with you I can push a current
Rip time and stop the clock in place for that one moment
That one moment we kissed…: -*
