Hopeless Struggle

I am held hostage by sadness

and bound by the chains of grief

Was brought away by the hangman

Without given a fair chance of trial



Tears will not break the cold ties

My blood will witness my pain

Will I eventually fully awaken

from the hopeless fascination?
