Hot chocolate Strawberry Trifle,
Now that's an eyeful if you please.
A friend of mine ate all of it
And it brought her to her knees.
Far too much I did admonish
You've wolfed down all the dish.
no wonder she feels quite sick.
do you care that the last line is Not capitalized? where can i get one of those? ? ? i may get down on my knees...........to beg for one! bri ;)

considering the definitions, below, especially # 4, it seems strange that a large? dessert is named trifle. trifle noun 1. an article or thing of very little value. 2. a matter, affair, or circumstance of trivial importance or significance. 3. a small, inconsiderable, or trifling sum of money. 4. a small quantity or amount of anything; a little: She's still a trifle angry. .................Bri's comment: it sounds like trifle is used as an adjective here! ! ! ! ! 5. a literary, musical, or artistic work of a light or trivial character having no great or lasting merit; bagatelle. 6. a kind of pewter of medium hardness. 7. trifles, articles made of this. 8. English Cookery. a dessert usually consisting of custard and cake soaked in wine or liqueur, and jam, fruit, or the like. ================================================ maybe it was the booze in the trifle which brought her to her knees. Tom, are you SURE you didn't ADD TOO MUCH (or just enough) sherry to bring her to her knees? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? bri :)
