House Guest

I have a house guest i cannot see,
Even he or she all not talk to me,
Others i know it is out of sight out of mind,
That to me si so unkind!

This house guest has let me know he is here,
By moving things and doing things unclear,
As to how they are done or why,
Perhaps i will find out when i die!

Things in the realm of quantum mechanics,
is the only way to cause those antics,
Could not be from a ghostly hand,
it has to be from something i can understand!

Things taken from here to another dimension,
is the only way in my comprehension,
Perhaps a ET child having some fun,
Whatever is welcome and i won't run!

Poem of the Day

poet Emily Jane Brontë

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born

In secret pleasure - secret tears
