How beautiful is the moon!
Like a white balloon.
It stands still with the stars;
In the smoky sky, puffed by cigars.
And I stand here,
Observing it's shape-sphere.
I see the moonlight,
Acting as a spotlight;
To a place not very far,
Somewhere near the town bar.
I wish to go there,
To look into the affair,
So I walk into the night,
Under the moon-bright.
I turn round the corner;
To experience a feeling -foreigner.
The moon is shining on a lady,
Who is standing in a place-shady.
And I exclaim at nature's boon-
How beautiful is the moon!
