I keep on trying while I keep on fighting.
I feel like I'm losing but so glad you're winning.
I know that this is the start of a new beginning.
I'm so glad that this pain is ending.
My hard shell is finally peeling,
And My heart is finally mending.

How can words express how I feel when I'm speechless?
How can my heart beat when I'm totally breathless?
How can I sleep when thoughts of you keep me restless?
How can I eat when the food is tasteless?
I've never known my life to be so careless.

When I hear you my mind can't comprehend heaven within,
And I know that I'm falling in love all over again.
I can feel myself finally starting to live.
The sound of your voice I know I won't ever forget.
Your heart beating heals the brokend pieces bit by bit.
The candle now burns that was once unlit.
