How Do You Like Your Eggs?

Delicately scrambled
With feta & chives
And slices of salmon
Or parma ham on the side
Medium to soft when they
Boiled, fried or poached
Oregano tomato & bacon
on warm health bread toast
An omellette made with
Three eggs & cheeses
Mushrooms, peppers & ham
Though, my hunger truly pleases
