How far down the road
can you really see?
Can you see what it is
that's waiting for thee?
No, you can't
and that's why you wonder
will it be love
that tears me asunder?
Or will there be a sign
saying'stop right here.'
and will that sign make love appear?

The road is sometimes lonely
and how far does it go?
If you don't keep moving
you will never know.
So how far down the road
until we find true love?
As far as it will take you
for that's what love's made of.
Surprises and victories
and sometimes a wait.
But when it finally happens
you'll know it was fate.
