How I Came To Find You Were Unfaithful Poem by Danielle Hanson

How I Came To Find You Were Unfaithful

When the spring comes, it can hardly be seen
but it can be heard.
The words that froze over months
falling to the ground like cloth
now fill the air with forgotten words.
Secrets cannot be kept
they grow with the sprigs and the odors of floral mating.
The ears are full, but not of silence.
