What and who are they looking for,
Outside of their own backyards?

'The neighborhood association,
Has contacted them about the trash...
Piling up.
Or they would be fined,
If the other homes depreciate in value.'

And...
Their actions are connected to what?

'Well...
It seems as if they are seeking hints or clues,
To place the blame on others.'

How long have they been doing this?

'Since they were notified a few days ago.
And of course they want to prove themselves,
Not the culprits others believe them to be.'
