Ever since we fought with stone or stick.
They are taught things they have never known.
Babies are victims of the evils of man
Never to be the same when grown.
It's a fact, hate is caused by religion
Or by those of different pigment of skin.
It's also a true it's mostly jealousy
Mixed with the stupidity of men.
War is the cruelest lesson they learn
As mothers, brothers, sisters and dads are slain.
They watch the tears of all who endure
As within they feel sorrow, fear and pain
How many babies must die too soon
Without the love they have missed?
How many babies in history have cried
As they long for cheeks they have kissed?
