How Parents Are To Us The Children Poem by VISWANTH PANDIRI

How Parents Are To Us The Children

Rating: 5.0

When we were born, their hearts were filled with happiness,
When we grew on, they were with us always.
When we are sad, they console us,
When we fail they show the way to success and
When we make mistakes, they guide us in good ways.

For us they struggle with many problems,
In our smile they see their proud joy,
For our happiness they will sacrifice anything and
To make us win, they lose many times.

If our future becomes a happy one, they will be happier than us,
What do they want from us?
They want nothing but our welfare and
They are around us as our guiding spirits.

I think God has no time to solve our problems,
So He came to in the form of our parents.
No matter how old we grow, to them we are just small kids alone,
We search for and pray to the invisible God forgetting them.

Our parents are our visible Gods and
So we should love them and be mindful of them.

We search for and pray to the invisible God forgetting them. Our parents are our visible Gods. - I liked the poem and mainly the above two lines.. Yes, its true that we do pray for invisible gods not knowing the value of our parents. It is amazing that a kid studying 9th standard has used it knowing its inner meaning. I really appreciate your work and looking forward to hear more of this kind from you.. Keep up the good work. -Bharath
