Hurry Poem by David Castaneto

Hurry

Remember when I confessed that my heart craves for you?

Forget it, Big mistake, shouldn’t have freed those meaningless,
mindless feelings,

Because you’re like an indecisive child, hurry and pick off the menu

I got no time, As I look up the high, hazel ceiling

I see your delicate face, I hear your enticing voice, Calling for me,

I shout back, trying to reach that wintry warm hand,

Then I think to myself, Is this for Real? Is this Reality?

I see, It’s not, It’s only a dream, It’s okay I understand,

I still love you, Don’t worry I can wait..
