Hurt Poem by Kimberlea Hooper

There is anger that lies within me but its unknown to him.

He has tried to undo the things that had been said & shown
but they come back in pieces to him.

I look at him with eyes that say 'hurt, ' seeming to look right
through him, finding all the guilt thats in his heart.

Uncovering all his tender, weak, & touchy parts of his heart.

He says 'I sorry my love, but this can't be. i didn't mean to hurt
you, can't you see? '

I just stand there Staring, not saying a word;

I just look at him with my eyes that say ''why did you hurt me? ''
