Hurt/Pain
No hurt, no pain
No loss, no gain
I tried to keep you
from feelin the
pain of the world and
the hurt caused by
deception.....
We grew comfortable together
in fact a lil comfortable.
I stopped wantin better
and you stopped
striving to reach your dreams...
Our lives stayed the same,
we did added nothing to each other
so in essence we loss
nothing..
Suppose to be building
but yet i only see us tearing each other
down.....
All of this because we dont
want to experience any
hurt, any
pain, all because were
not willing to lose a lil to
gain alot

There must be something else among the reasons of the crisis that this author have told us. We are interested in the poetic reasons, of course, and think to sum up them in a nostalgic claim to a lost old world. Clearly and very well told.
