I Am

I am
the cries, the pain, the hatred
I like to see how I can hurt people
Sadness is important to me
Hatred is important to me
No love is important to me
Being hurt and unloved is a real thing
being happy is a terrible thing,
but can be fixed by me
I hurt people
I don't care
I love to see you cry
this is not me.

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

My books I'd fain cast off, I cannot read,
'Twixt every page my thoughts go stray at large
Down in the meadow, where is richer feed,
And will not mind to hit their proper targe.
