I am a Dreamer who never sleeps.
I wonder what has or will become of me.
I hear but do not heed.
I see but do not believe.
I want to be at peace,
I am a Dreamer who never sleeps.

I pretend that I do not want nor need,
I feel myself fall into a dream.
I touch the lives of those who need help,
I worry that one day I may not be able to help myself.
I cry for others and never for me,
I am a Dreamer who never sleeps.

I understand more then you think,
I say more then needs to be.
I dream of perfect days.
I try to change what I do not want to see,
I hope things will change because of me.
