' Hear my voice or cast me aside,
listen to my words,
or close your heart,

iam the feeling that burdens you,
the reason you cry and tear at your soul,
am i the voice that passes you by,
the fairytale that you hold on to,
the dream that never was,
I am the silence that sickens you,
the song that you yearn for,

I am the beat that you dance to,
the reason that makes you smile,
I am the sunshine in your day,
the dew that wets your palms,
the bond that keeps us together,
I am the star in the dead of night,
Do not be afraid,
I am the good, the bad, the right, the wrong,
I am yours,
i just am............
