I Am

I am a girl that is talkative and funny

I wounder what this life holds for me

I hear Dad telling what to do

I see his spirits in my house

I want people not to kill other people

I am a girl that is talkative and funny

I pretend that my Dad is still alive

I feel that he is still here with me

I touch my dads headstone and cry

I know he is in Heaven cause he finished his chores of this life

I am a girl that is talkative and funny

I felt my Dad slipping away in my arms

I knew there wasnt anything I could do

I held him tight as he gave up his fight

I softly kissed his head then he began his flight

I am a girl that is talkative and funny

When the frost is on the punkin and the fodder's in the shock
And you hear the kyouck and gobble of the struttin' turkey cock
And the clackin' of the guineys, and the cluckin' of the hens
