I am Blessed

I don't know what
May happen tomorrow
I may not know where I will be
In ten years
But I do know
That I am blessed
For the people
That come into my life
When there is stress
And when my heart
Just needs a rest
I remember I am blessed
And they come
Their hearts
No less

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Sometimes the little things in life can keep you going. They can pop up in the times of stress. For example I am lucky that I have a place right now. Thank you.

poet Percy Bysshe Shelley

We are as clouds that veil the midnight moon;
How restlessly they speed, and gleam, and quiver,
Streaking the darkness radiantly!--yet soon
