I'm a little on the shy side
self conscious, you could say
I don't ever feel like I fit
best to stay on the outside

I have never made much money
just enough to get by, I guess
I'm a small man
not large to insure success

I'm a spiritual man
but I do not know God
I have questionable future
not one with certainty

Time is passing without pause
I'll be gone without a thought
one thing make all this seem small
I am not you
