I Am Unique Poem by Sabrina Babella

I am like a lot of human beings yet my own unique person
I have my doubts and I have my reasons
I still see pain and suffer through hardships
I dread those long family trips.
I have lost loved ones because of anger and pain
On my life because of that there has been a lot of strain
In and out of hospitals
Waking up every morning at 7 to check my vitals

I go from angry to happy in a split second
I go to bed fine but wake up eager for the day to end
Getting out of bed is hard
I can’t find friends because I can’t let down my guard
I struggle to look in the mirror
Because who I see is not who I remember
You see, we are the same but have different reactions
It is a lot like science fractions.
