I cant remeber what I chose to forget,
No matter how I try, no matter how yet,
For the mind blocks out so the eyes cannot see,
For if it cant be seen, than it cannot be.
We will only see if we open our eyes,
Allow ourselves to remember to our great surprise,
Lift the cloak of guilt overlaid to disguise,
And the consequenses of your deeds let you realise.

A contemplative piece Tomas, particularly like the lines: 'For the mind blocks out so the eyes cannot see, For if it cant be seen, then it cannot be.' Kind regards, Justine
