i dream

i have dreams
illusions
thoughts
fantasies
an incredible imagination
creativity defines me
dreams
they take me places
makes my mind travel
reminiscence
feeling high
as a kite
my dreams could be
un-describable
un-remember able
a blank space
remarkable
my mind eased
blank
and erased
i dream of life
i dream of my future
i dream about love
leaving a feeling
a taste of reality
reality i will create
and soon conquer
my mind travels to places no one cant imagine
steamy
hilarious
awkward
incr edible
leaving my eyes wide open
but leaving me thinking
reasons i cant recall
a dreamer
a wisher
a creator
opened minded
always searching
a imagine-nor
a believer
a dreamer

    Hi!

I’m Eddie Roa and I just got in to this website. By chance I came across your name in the list of poets and read some of your works.

A nice piece on a stream of consciousness structure. I flows well and very readable.

I have posted some of my poems today and a few days earlier. My style ranges from light to dark poetry (modern enough but not postmodern) and some Japanese verse forms like haiku, senryu and tanka. I hope you will bother to check out my work.

Thanks and happy writing. (Report) Reply

Poem of the Day

poet Pablo Neruda

I want you to know
one thing.

You know how this is:
if I look
at the crystal moon, at the red branch
of the slow autumn at my window,
if I touch
