I Enjoyed Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

I enjoyed

Cramped she, in wheelchair
-with body, times folded,
-had on knob a finger.

The wheels rolled on zebra
-I, behind the red light.

As poet, I could see
-her mind, heart, were alive.

Let windows on both sides
-to go down, allow sound
-leave frame of the car.

Increased the volume
-to loudest that I could.

Control was DJ's!

The song was of the day:
- "The Middle! "

With lyrics clear:
- "So, pull me closer! "

Saw her lips singing the:
- "Take a seat over there! "

When she reached, road ended
-turned to me on her right
-bobbed her head
-and went on.

I enjoyed! ! !
