I hate cage
I hate cage regardless
I hate it in all tongues
Each letter is flame
In single and stocks.
I hate cage at its base
I hate its ceiling, roof
And surely every wall
I hate cage inside out
I hate cage, I hate cage.
Being wood or stick
Or of earth, mud, brick
Even worse is metal
And the worst, concrete
Under or on the ground.
I hate cage, I hate cage.
Have lived in all my life
Both mental, physical!
Now of last want release
Must saddle, find relief.
This one is words, limit
"A law's need" they say is;
In it I see Orwell; I see Pond.
I hate cage; I hate cage; I hate cage.
Don't want signs
"Private", "Off limit"
My killer: "trespassing".
Must saddle and escape to skies, to oceans
Do not like the borders, nor wall, jail, neither cell
Nor passport control, governments…
I hate cage; I hate cage; I hate cage.

Eastern spiritualism claims that even a human body is a cage of the soul which is eternal and the soul gets liberated after the departure of that human for heavenly abode. Thanks for sharing the thought provoking poem with spiritual base?
Thank you for the comment and I love this belief.
