I Have But One Life Poem by Raymond Farrell

I Have But One Life

As another
More noble than I
Has said
I have but
One life to live
And now that
I am over 60
I realize
As I peel back
The layers of life's onion
And weep
There is so much
More
To be learned
To be put into practice
And so little time
In which to do so.
