I Lived A Lifetime With You Poem by Asma Khan

I Lived A Lifetime With You

colored my eyes blue and sunny
rippled the waves of passion in my heart
I lived a lifetime with you.

touched your heart with my aura
felt your presence in the dark
I lived a lifetime with you.

tasted the bitterness of your ego,
chuckled on all sorrows you gave me,
I lived a lifetime with you.

cherished all those memories of love,
walked through the pains of life,
I lived a lifetime with you.

plucked all roses of the spring,
gathered all joys of happiness,
I lived a lifetime with you.

stroke all pains with your presence,
pushed all blanks away to the vague sky,
I lived a lifetime with you.

sensed you through your eyes,
felt you all those desires,
I lived a lifetime with you.

carried your heart in mine,
kissed your agony with grace,
I lived a lifetime with you.

brightened your days with my cheers,
lifted your heart with pride of ownership,
I lived a lifetime with you.
