I'll Do
I'll reach for the star
If you asked for it
I'll travel how far
and ne'er cheat
I offer naught roses but real passion
I'll give you naught gold yet adoration
I'll invest naught mere life but mine devotion
And show naught wealth but pure admiration
No honey, No diamonds; any that perish
But everlasting love that ne'er vanish
Mine affection shalt be in flood; lavish
And if I was asked I could be very offish
For even Helen's beauty wilts
Fade do go things in gilt
For abstract never eradicate
and love wasn't to complicate
