...that: is the pencil!
But words for me
are noblier...lovelier
when written
with a 7 B.
One can almost hear
imagine the words
leaving the end
of the pencil
the shushing sounds
of graphite atoms
leaving its trace
forming the loops
and trills of my hand writing
writing about
nothing but
writing this poem
about writing this poem
with a 2 B
pencil.
