I'M Already Dead Poem by Elie Lugo

Born into a world,
That doesnt want me.
I've been sobbing for days,
Though I still am, i feel empty.
Down on this earth,
I'm truly unloveable.
Me being here,
Seems to cause everyone so much trouble.
To everyone else,
I'm already dead.
Tears make up my face,
And they keep my eyes red.
Everyone wants me gone,
So shouldnt i just go?
Once I'm really gone,
All people will say is 'so'.
Tears stain my face,
As i continue to weep.
I'm losing my mind;
I've already lost much sleep.
There are days when i don't eat.
There are days when i eat too much.
Oh how fast i could be gone?
With one harmful touch.
My hearts been hurt,
Oh so many times.
How am i supposed to believe
That everything will be fine?
My body is trembling,
From the pain I feel.
Someone took my soul,
And began to peel.
One layer at a time
Is all it took.
I was already gone,
Before they even took a 2nd look.
A second glance,
Wouldnt of helped at all.
'Cuz a second chance,
Is something i never saw.
