Lonely at night
I sit by the window
and hear the wind cry.

As I look at the bright moon,
I remember those days we were
together as one.

I start wondering
if you're ever coming back,
but then I realize
that you're not.

You're not coming back cuz' your not here nor there.
You're not coming back cuz' you're up there.

Every night I lay on the grass
and look up the sky,
remembering your eyes.

Those beautiful eyes,
blue as the ocean and the sky.

I know that you're gone,
but you'll be in my heart.

I know I can't see you
but I can feel you by my side.
