I Only Write Rhymes Poem by Francis Duggan

I Only Write Rhymes

Rating: 5.0

I only write rhymes of the beauty i see
The beauty everyday that is all around me
With the sun on their dark wings in the blue and gray sky
In pursuit of flying insects the welcome swallows fly
Nature's wonders are many and her secrets not few
And her beauty we do not have to pay for to view
My wonder of her only does seem to grow
Yet so little of her ways i can claim of to know
For our lessons in Nature we do not have to pay
Yet of her we do learn something new every day
The one who from tiny seeds creates a mighty tree and a beautiful flower
Is the World's only natural super power
And though my worth as a rhymer i have reason to doubt
In Nature so much for to write rhymes about.
