I saw God in you again today
There in the gentle touch of your hand
I saw Him in your bright smile
Only God and I could understand.

I saw God in children as they play
I see Him in teens and older folks too
He is there in your face
I see God where I go and what I do.

I saw God in a baby's hand and smile
He was there in a beautiful rainbow
I saw Him in a quiet, calm stream
He is there when silent breezes blow.

As friends walk along the beach
Talking and laughing as friends do
I saw God in their kindness today
It was then I also thought of you.

I saw God in the morning dew
He was there in the beauty of a flower (yellow rose)
I saw Him as He created the sunset
I see Him every day and hour.
