You called me last night and I answered your call
I never thought in a millon years I'd hear your voice again
You broke my heart a millon times but still I loved you everytime
You changed your mind back and forth for months
Then you finally said those words that broke my soul
You yelled and screamed at me because i just wasn't right
I knew I could never be enough for you but still I tried
When I heard you laugh I knew you were the same
Talking about how perfect he is and how much you love him
It's not the first time I've heard those words fall from your lips
You spoke in the same dorky tone like you've always done
You asked about me and I told you I had changed
You were taken aback and i told you my stories
You laughed and told me not much had changed
Only the fact that it seemed as though i was finally happy
But what you don't know is the girl I'm falling in love with
Has already fallen for another girl and that it broke me apart
I don't want to reveal my secret to you because that will give you a reason
To say what you've always been able to say to me......
