Those days that I spent with you..
But alas..! they were few..

You were a drug to me
To my heart you had the right key..

Whole day we used to talk to each other
Hiding from our respective mothers

Then at night..
Sometimes we had a fight!

Then both of us became sleepless
Our heart under great stress..

Then you called me to apologize
And sweet song sung by you, was my prize..

Of the colour you liked, I wore the dress..
But soon everything was in a mess

Then everything ended..
But the memories have not yet faded

after ten months, when I came to know
that my friend's life has been struck by the same sweet blow

then my life seemed to move very slow
for me my luck seemed to be a black crow..

my friend called me..
and told me of the love in her lover's eyes she'd see..

the feelings she is encountering with..
then ‘our' memories came amist

her love tale was so similar to ‘our' story
it seemed as if of ‘our' story they had committed a forgery..

then she told me that they decided not to talk at night..
‘cause they both want to catch the first morning light..

Then a grin appeared on my face
As I knew everything that happens in this love race..

Then I challenged, that drowned in love sheep
That they won't be able to sleep

They both are going to talk till the morning light
And guess what.. what I challenged was proved right…! ! ! !

This is what happens with lovers drowned in that ocean deep
That they just want to talk and not sleep..

Then my friend asked me..
' how you every part of love - head, toe, knee… '

What would have I said..
At this circumstance….? ?

I just put on a fake smile on my face..
And said, ' Just because you are in this love race

You have turned blind
Power of thinking and forecast blinding has been lost by your mind

‘cause when you are in love..
You don't see the vicinity curves..

You just think about your present
And plan for the future as far as you can..

You always plan for favorable things..
You think your dreams, your lover to reality will bring

You plan for change in weather and time..
But never plan for change in the mind..

You are just lost in you and your lover
Planning this path of life together to cover..

You think all your promises your lover will keep
Being blind in his mind you cannot peep………….. '

All such plannings I too did..
But alas! they were left amist..

Of ‘our' memories I want to get rid
But I find you to be connected..

With every love story which comes near..
But alas! I am left with only an ocean of tears…..! ! ..
