I Will Fly Poem by Asit Kumar Sanyal

I Will Fly

I am a prisoner in the cage
But I saw on a page
It's written
They will open its small door
Just after two months
And will give a chance to escape
I will stretch out my wings
And fly
to the endless blue sky.
Someone said
Your wings have no more strength
You can't fly
Better to be in the cage
At least you will get your food, water
In average
But it's my challenge
I will not be here any more
I have to fly long range.
