I Will Not Go And Hide
You thought you could hurt me
Take my soul away
Thought you could rip my heart out
To walk out with it one day.
You're mistaken if you think this
I have my heart, it is mine
You don't own my spirit or soul
You can not, you bloody swine.
You left your hand print
On my face and on my heart
You broke my bones and ripped my hair
You tried to break me, pull me apart.
I stand strong and I am me
A woman who will never die inside
I will not let you take my happiness
I will not go and hide..

I have worked with many people who suffer such horrific relationships.. sad.. one should not touch another unless with kindness and good intent.
