I wish
To grow wings and fly away,
To miss this opportunity,
To become what I want to be,
And not what you want to see.
I wish,
To break down this wall,
That divides us from each other,
For you to be happy, my mother,
Please understand, I’m happy as I am.
I wish,
I had the freedom to choose the path before me,
I wish all my friends would not abhor me,
For trying to follow my heart, to make my own start,
In this backstabbing world we live in.
