I miss you dear
come back to me, my love.
Let me hold you,
let me explain.
Im not mad, baby.
It just hurts too much
to look you in the eye
and know that you don't love me anymore.
I wish things could be different,
but I know they wont change.
I wish you still loved me
i wish you would just look me in the eye,
let me know that you still care.
I wish you would hold me.
come back to me baby.
remember those promises you made,
that I would always be your only love,
your everything.
That you would never leave me,
never hurt me again.
I wish you could still love me.
But i know, my wishes wont come true.
I know it will never be the same,
you will never want me back.
Your promises are forgotten, broken.
I've had enough broken promises,
they cant hurt me anymore.
I thought you would be the one to show me,
show me that not all promises have to be broken.
I thought you could be the one to show me
that some do come true.
but now.. I'll never know....
