I wish there was a single day
Where thoughts don't stray my mind.
I wish I could belive that the world was kind.
I wish for a day when I'm happy.
Just to be pain free.
And live life in glee.
But life isn't always kind
It can drive you around the bend.
Anger rages in my mind.
My world is angry my world is mad.
All I've ever known is bad.
tidings of joy I can't remember.
gloom is all I've had.

I wish there was a day
when everything makes sense
And my existence seems worth while
