I Wonder (Sonnet #67) Poem by Tina Rizk

I Wonder (Sonnet #67)

Shall we do it in summer or autumn?
How about winter, dressed in snowy white
I think spring's green nature will be awesome
As you and I waltz under the moonlight

Shall we make it on a romantic shore?
At sunset, amid the chant of seagulls
And the waves witnessing our evermore
As I gaze at your eyes so adorable

Whenever and wherever we do it
An unforgettable day it will be
For you're everything I ever wanted
By your side I long to live endlessly

We have waited so long for that great day
Will it be a Saturday or Sunday?
