If I could hold your hand and look in your eyes,
I'd tell you everything will be okay.
I'd tell you to smile, it makes you look good,
And everything's gonna work out someday.
If I could touch your heart I sure would try,
To put its pieces back in place.
I'd whisper to you and hold you real close,
Try to put a smile back on your face.
I can't see what the future will bring,
But I know one thing to be true.
The luckiest person's not the one who finds gold,
But the one who captures your heart,
And finds you.
