If only!
If only i hadnt seen you
On that sunny day
In that turquoise dress
And the innocence
That lived in your eyes...

If only!
If only i had ignored that feeling
Of being overwhelmed
Elated with your inner light
That radiated from your soul...

If only!
If only i had accpted the norm
I had known the difference
Between tradition and truth
If only i had obeyed their rules....

If only!
If only i could stop loving you...
Not succumb to my heartache...
I could forget that red curve of your lips
those eyes so deep as the great pacific...
And that true soul...

If only!
If only i could restart everything
If only i could live that moment
Again and again and over again...
Of falling in love...
If only i could get stuck in that moment
For the rest of forever...
If only...
