IF Time Allows me…..

I constantly allow Time to do everything It still has to do with
but on the other hand
Time is like a stepfather
(most stepfathers are unkindest
some very few are the darlings on earth)
this is a poem of utmost importance
my stepfather is very severe
he has so many plethoras of rules in his rear
I wished my own father is still alive
but sadly enough he had gone to heaven
to talk to God about his future life

this poetess's soul oft works at night
mostly after eventide, all in solitude, her strife
when the dew starts on the peep
she has barely had her sleep
she waits and keeps waiting
but Time does not allow her
to do all the other things she still wishes to do
so many things on many many subjects
she sits at her desk and as the day is breaking
she must go to her daily work
she starts her day with praying,

in a flight of seconds
she still thinks of Time
and she still has a very lot to discuss....
with….Time….
