Ignite Poem by Megan Faust

Ignite

A kiss ignites a spark, spreads to a thousand flames,
Burning with a desire only you can tame.

Helpless am I to the advance of your charms,
Pull me close and hold me tight in your arms.

Skin on skin sets fire in the dark, steal my breath my sweet,
While our bodies meet, swaying in the heat.

My heart is but an ember, my body now a cinder;
To you my love, I now surrender.
